Convenient location. We stayed in a small room cozy king on the ninth floor. It looked like the tiled shower was recently done. Felt new. Note: if you have never visited NYC, discount rooms are SMALL but we had a king. One person needed to crawl over the other to get out of bed. Electronics to control lights and a/c also seemed recently updated. Fam was very quiet but I’d prefer a louder one with white noise but didn’t find noise too bad. We stayed at the end of the hall away from the elevator which was great. Staff seemed very attentive and hip.

Location is great as soon as you make it past Canal street haha. Lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby and also lots of different subway lines available. The bed was very nice. The shower is also super nice. Rain shower with lots of space. I was glad to see the toilet is in a bathroom with a closed door! Very good. I also liked the in-house coffee shop and the lobby area. Complimentary water was a great addition too. The extra storing space underneath the bed is great.

We flew into Newark because the transfer is only 30 minutes, so much easier than flying into JFK. I really liked this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The rooms (we had two rooms) are small but are perfectly adequate as they are only for sleeping. The staff are excellent, the rooms were clean and refreshed every day (we stayed for one week). Really good wifi. Location is great for very easy access to the subways, Chinatown and Little Italy.

The location is amazing, it’s stylish and cosy, definitely for someone who isn’t expecting anywhere other than somewhere to dump their stuff and explore the city, or for a business traveller that has meetings all day. It was great for my stay, and I loved the Blue Bottle Coffee place, the staff were so nice and it was great to use the lobby to drink coffee and work from when I needed to.

good location, nice and clean rooms, comfy mattresses. nice bar downstairs (saint Tuesday) and good coffee in reception with a very friendly barista. we were able to leave our suitcase for the day in a baggage room which was handy. some reviews said the rooms were noisy but we didn’t find this (however we are Londoners so maybe used to a little background noise).
